CT Real Estate played a key role in the transformation of 223 Park Street, a sophisticated mixed-use redevelopment that reimagined a former shop lot into a modern blend of office and residential spaces.
Working alongside the design and construction teams, we provided market intelligence and leasing advisory to support the project’s commercial and residential components. The design retained the heritage street-facing façade while introducing four new levels of premium spaces, including three light-filled office suites, two high-end apartments, and a rooftop terrace with sweeping views of the Melbourne skyline.
