LANY TIO

With over 30 years of experience in Melbourne’s property development sector, Lany Tio has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality, community-focused projects that stand the test of time. 

She began her development journey in 1996 with her first Melbourne project, St James Apartments on St Kilda Road, and has since been instrumental in the successful completion of numerous residential and mixed-use developments across the city. 

As a developer, strategist, and project leader, Lany’s most recent achievement, Cowper Residences, exemplifies her commitment to excellence, a landmark mixed-use precinct featuring over 380 apartments, townhouses, and commercial spaces that blend modern design with practical urban living.

Chee began his property career in 2010 and brings a background in accounting and valuation. He’s worked extensively across Melbourne’s CBD and inner-west, specialising in off-the-plan sales and apartment leasing. Clients value his honesty, market insight and clear communication.
